Video editing is the process of putting together, cleaning up and finalizing a video for presentation or output. It is mostly used to describe post-production work, which is the work done after all of the shots and footage have been taken and all that still needs to be done is put them together in order to come up with the final output.
Video editing, however, is mostly used to refer to amateur productions and other professional yet small-scale works such as in TV stations and news networks. In contrast, for professional CINEMA and FILM productions, VIDEO editing is only a small part of post-production work.
Tasks in video editing include:
-Graphics with Photoshop
-Editing theory and cocept
-Removing unwanted footage or editing out some scene elements
-Choosing the best shots and footage to go into the final output
-Title design, Transitions, Motion effects
-Visual effects (VFX)
-Color Grading and Color Corrections
-Working with Audio & Visual compilation
